whats everyones thoughts on what happened in london. I was so sad when I heard the news, makes me so angry that people would do this in the name of a god.

When I saw it all unfolding live... I didn't really feel much towards it... felt kind of numb.. but then when I saw it on one news the next night, it really highlighted the more personal aspect of it all, and that I found really moving.

I can't understand how people can do it either. It's blimming pathetic!

I think it's disgusting!  The only people (other than the suicide bombers that is) that get hurt or killed are innocent people who are basically killed for the beliefs off other people and the unfortunate fact that thats where they were at the time.

Yea it's a real shame. Through no fault of their own. We were thinking, we reckon, one of the worst places a person could attack would be a hospital. That would be really heartless.

yeah its a shame all round. I also cant help but wonder what the next few years will bring and whether we will see anything like it closer to home.

yeah me too, wondering if there will be an attack there at some stage. I guess the terrorists must have thoughts along that way if they are saying all who support the US are thier enemies too. Australia has been right there 100% so it must make them a target.

Yea, I have family and friends in Oz too, and really hope something happens to them. Am also really hoping that IF something does happen, I will actually feel something as I watch it unfold this time! Probably will, with it being closer, but also depends on the seriousness of it. And I don't mean that that should matter, any attack is going to be horrible, but the worse it is, obviously the more you're going to react to it...

Yep, I would be another one with friends and family in Oz, it just hits home when you think that where they are living could be targeted next!  
I really hope they get the people who bombed London, but in all reality they probably arn't the ones who organised and initiated all this.  I hope that they make some progress in stopping it all tho coz there's too many innocent people dying for what isn't their fight.

I think everyone in NZ has family and friends in Oz. My heart really goes out to all the people caught up in the actions of other peoples sick minds. Its usually the organisers that go free.  I agree that far too many innocent people are dying without even knowing why.
